The Field of Mud

thanksgiving morning in New York. slept in til 9:30, headed out at 11:30 for a game of kickball and a treasure hunt.

christian is my little buddy. and he can do the eyebrow trick. what a kid. :)

surprise party!!

haha. sooo jeremy's birthday was in July. but hannah still wanted to throw him a surprise party. in November. how very sneaky ;)

sooooo after the squaredance, hannah came back to my house. we set up sleeping bags in my room, and stayed up til like 2 trying to decide how we were gonna get Jeremy to the party.

then Saturday morning came. we got up at 9am, watched the first half of Pilgrim :D and then went up to Damascus for grocery shopping.... in our pajamas.

haha so we got donuts at 7-11 and got all the stuff we needed, then headed back to the house. Caleb came over soon afterwards, and Steph and Jo got there around 230. We make 2 cakes, brownies, sheets and sheets of cookies, and a million tuna fish sandwiches.

Once Libs got there, the four production girls that were there (Caiti was going to be late, poor Ash couldn't come) headed out to pick up Jer from rehearsal, while Caleb and Steph and Emily went over to the Emelios to get everything set up.

the trickery was very easy. we told Jeremy that the emelios were having a random get together, and he was like, "why don't we go then?" and we were like... "sure!!" haha. and yes, he was very surprised. don't let him tell you otherwise ;)

1—i got candy in writing class this morning. fun sub teacher :)

2—doodles on my hand from study hall. thanks girls.

3—american graffiti with libby. can you say awesome? the cop…. :D

4—played hangman in math class. “tweet tweet, I’m a bird!!” “umm…”

5—my piano teacher did not ask me to play that one song I forgot to practice this week. hooray.

6—my uncles came over for dinner and the game. aand we laughed. which is always good.

7—did the dinner dishes with michael buble.

8—finally wrote a whole page and a half in cursive without my handwriting being completely illegible.

9—my room is clean. well… mostly.

10—the afters. good music. // beautiful words…
